About Me and my Work Ethic
Hello I’m Mark.
Age six I announced to my parents “I want to be a photographer”. In my teens paper round money bought my first SLR camera, then came A level photography followed by Degree at Cumbria Institute of the Arts. Mark Sullivan BA (hons)
In late 2012 I decided it was time to realise my ambition and become a professional photographer. The reaction of the first couple receiving their pictures was priceless.
I am set free capturing precious moments in peoples’ lives. It is a true pleasure creating images for people.
I love developing friendships with my clients.

My Work Ethic
Capturing the moment a father hands over his daughter to her Partner. Coaxing a smile from a shy kid, after giving him my camera to try it himself. The enjoyment I get from documenting a day that only comes once in a lifetime. These moments make my job so enjoyable and satisfying.
Each new shoot is an adventure bringing new possibilities. In a wood, long grass, Garden, or simply in the studio the possibilities are endless. My cameras will glimpse into you and your families story and I will capture those precious moments.
You should come to your shoot as yourselves. I will get to know you and capture what I see in camera. We can go for a walk in your favourite location, or simply laze in a field. You are different and every client brings something new.
Your laughter and enthusiasm make capturing images an ease. Coaxing my clients to act daft or playing peek-a-boo from behind the camera with your kids to relax the mood all help in making it easier for capturing movement and energy; capturing the beauty of the moment forever. If it’s different and fun let’s try it.
